There are Angels Unaware

There are Angels Unaware

As I look around our world today it is hard to recognize it as a safe place to live. I think we can all agree that we need the Lords continual protection: at home, on the job and on the road. For the believers, there are many scriptures promising God can and will protect us.

We can call on angels in the name of the Lord for protection with a simple prayer. The Lord is quick to send

Angels are involved in our lives on a personal and practical level. How ever there are things that we do that
Angelic messengers are special messengers from God, appointed by God himself. The most common angels are called ministering spirits.
They go forth according to the purposes of God to complete a specific work, task or assignment from the Lord.

Exodus 23:20-23 says… “Behold I send an angel before you to keep you in the way, and to bring you into the place which I have prepared. Be aware of him and obey his voice, do not provoke him for he will not pardon your transgressions, for my name is in him. But if you indeed obey his voice and do all that I speak, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries, for my angel will go before you.”

There is a special angel. Not a normal fighting angel. This angel was more than a regular angel, this very well could have been Jesus. Jesus seen in his pre-incarnate state as the angel of the Lord.

Negative words or wrong speaking can offend the angels. The angels of the Lord are commissioned to listen to and be obedient to the voice of His word. It is the word of God that moves the angels into action.

I believe that in the same way, man’s disobedience can cause them to with hold their protection.

Unbelief will offend the angels, when you speak unbelief, you are saying what God promised and Christ on the cross wasn’t enough.

Sin offends your angels, when we speak of sin, we think of sexual immorality, stealing, lying, murder and so on. But remember that complaining, criticizing or speaking negative things of the spirit of God is also a sin. Not giving God the glory can offend the angels of the Lord.

Each and every day we should praise God for the gift of the day, and thank him for just being our God. Taking the time to give Him all the glory.

Disobedience to the word can offend your angels. God does not work through disobedience. He works through our obedience to his word and through our faith. When we are sinning and disobedient our angels are silent. They turn their backs away from us with their arms folded and their heads bowed.

Here is what to do if you have sinned and offended your angels… confess your sin and repent. In repentance you turn away from sin and do your best to walk with the Lord daily.

Be quick to forgive others that have wronged you in some way, If you won’t forgive others it puts the Lord in the position of not being able to hear your prayers. We must forgive to get forgiveness.

In the midst of all the things that can go wrong in our daily lives we need our angels to protect us and our family. Which they will do. Call on them In Jesus name… pray, study the word, love God with your whole heart, this is the way to Gods protection.

Live close to the Lord in confidence in these perilous times. He will shower us with His love and protection. Life will be better and full of the joy of the Lord.

STAYING RIGHTEOUS IN PERILOUS TIMES

STAYING RIGHTEOUS IN PERILOUS TIMES

Matthew 6: 14-15   14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

When we stop loving people, family and friends, or anyone because of some petty thing they might have said of done, that is called aught or trespasses.

Mark 11:25-26   25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

In both places Jesus calls them trespasses which means you have a grudge against them.
Jesus is saying, If you refuse to forgive them, He (meaning the Father), will not forgive you.
But if you forgive the failures of others, your heavenly Father will forgive you.
We need to stop holding grudges and hard feelings against people. Especially a Christian Brother or Sister.
The reason God can’t forgive you for doing that is it is a sin not to forgive. God has forgiven you many times.
We need to stay righteous and love one another as Christ loves us.

Roman 6:23   23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

The wages of sin is death. Sin will take you farther away from God than you ever want to go. It is a long way back.

You can get so caught up in sin until you will completely loose your spiritual vision.

Proverbs 29:18   18 Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is
he.

Vision creates hope. Your spiritual life will only go as far as your vision leads you.
If you loose your vision, you loose your hope.
With the world situation as it is today, it looks like people are starting to loose hope.
Biblical hope is the foundation that faith is built on.

Romans 10:17   17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

If you give up on hope, you’re not going to be hearing, and if we stop hearing, God will stop hearing. Faith only comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Hebrews 11:6   But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Without faith it is impossible to please God.
If you give up on hope, you are not going to hear.
If you don’t hear, you will start loosing faith.
If you loose faith it will be impossible to please God.

If you go this far then you won’t trust God, you will give up on hope and faith then depression comes in.
Now you are in trouble. You have just been inducted into the world’s way of thinking.
If you are on the bottom and the only way left is up. Now is the time to stop and think. How did I ever get to this point in my life? Don’t quit and throw in the towel.
This is Satan’s deception. He gets you into the worlds system of thinking, he will steal your vision and it will hinder your faith walk.

1 Peter 5 :8   Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

It is saying, stay alert and keep your mind clear. Why? Because it’s the battle field of your mind is where he tries to devour you.
Now is the time to get back in the word and get tough.
Say, Devil I am a child of God and I am a Kings kid. I have the authority and the blood on my side
Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

If you are sick, it is a Job for El Shadi, the God of Abraham, Isack and Jacob.
If you are down, it is a job for El Shadi
If you are depressed, it is a job for El Shadi.
If you are tired of being tired, it is a job for El Shadi.
Is there a mountain in your life, speak to it.
We have been blood bought by Jesus Christ.
We have that perfect Blood covenant.
We are not of this world, we are here temporarily.

We are heirs to the Kingdom of God.
We are brothers and sisters of Jesus Christ.
We are sons and daughters of God.
We have to forgive people and hold no grudge
Love one another as Christ loves us
Stay righteous before our Heavenly Father, thru Christ Jesus his son.
Speak to that mountain in your life.
Speak to the snake that is trying to confuse you.
Tell that snake he will have to come thru the Blood of Jesus to reach you.
When you accepted Jesus as savior you gained favor with God.
The devil will never give up…Don’t you give up either.

Gods’ desire for you is for you to be on the top, not the bottom.

The Power and Authority of the Believer

THE POWER AND AUTHORITY OF THE BELIEVER

Mark 16:17-18   17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

It says, in my name: I want to stop here and explain the difference between the power and authority.
If a police man is directing traffic, he doesn’t have the physical power to stop a car. However he does have the authority of the whole state behind him. That is where the power is.
We have authority in the Name of Jesus.

Matthew 28:18 Jesus said all power is given to me in Heaven and in the Earth.

We have this power by using the name of Jesus. We can use this power by the authority of the word.
The authority that God is delegated is the same power that Jesus gives us by using his name. The enemy is compelled to recognize our authority when we speak it.
We activate that authority by using the word of God.

1John 4:4   Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

Great is the Authority that is in us…These days we are involved in an intense warfare. It is a spiritual war, called the unseen war.
Why are so many in the body of Christ so vulnerable? It is because we are in a war, a battle that we can not see.
Just because we can not see it with our natural eyes does not mean it is not going on. You can’t see your brainwaves, but that doesn’t mean they are not there.
A lot of Christians are afraid to get involved in this war. The reason most of the time is fear.
Did you ever put a few dollars back for a rainy day? And then forget about it?
The promises of God are there, the power is there and the authority is there, whether you know it or not.

John 8:32   32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

The authority belongs to the children of God. We receive this authority when we are born again. We inherit the Name of Jesus and through his name we inherit the authority.

2nd Corinthians 10:4   (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
Strong holds are where he has a strong defense.
There is no neutral ground in the warfare against Satan. It is a battle to the end. Satan has already robbed us of much that God intended us to enjoy.
The weapons of our warfare are not carnal or natural, they are spiritual. If we are going to war against spirits we must use spiritual weapons. We can not harm spirit beings with fleshly or natural weapons.
Here are five weapons God has provided for our spiritual arsenal.
*1. The Blood of Jesus.
Revelation 5:9  for thou was slain and have redeemed us to God by thy blood.
*2. The word of God.
Hebrews 4:12   12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
*3. Our testimony,
Psalms 119:2    Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.
Psalms 119:144   144 The righteousness of thy testimonies is everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live.
*4. Our praise
Hebrews 13:15   15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
*5. The name of Jesus
John 14:13   13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
Even though Jesus has done every thing possible for the believer to win this spiritual battle the choice is our as to whether or not we will fight against this adversary.
The word and our faith will see us through. We are not alone.

In Hebrews 13:5 Jesus says He will never leave thee or forsake thee.

This period of grace is almost over, keep looking up.

THE POWER THAT WORKS WITHIN US

The Power That Works Within Us
Ephesians 3:15-20   15 Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
Rejoice, because your names are written in Heaven.

Luke 10:20   but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.

The family of God includes all who have believed in Him in the past, present and all who will believe in the future.
We are all a spiritual family, because we have the same spiritual Father.

He is the source of all creation, the rightful owner of everything. God promises his love and power to his family the church.

If we want to receive Gods blessings, it is important that we stay in contact with other believers in the body of Christ.

People, who isolate themselves from Gods family and then try to go it alone, cut themselves off from Gods power. Gods’ power works in unity or in one accord.

Matthew 18:20   20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

This is so important in the body of Christ. When two or three believers are praying for something the Holy
Spirit is with them.

The Holy Spirit gives us the gift of grace by the effectual working of his power. If you are a believer, this power should be working in you.

In union with Christ Jesus and through His empowering spirit we are complete. We have the fullness of God available to us.

Through faith and prayer we can ask the Holy Spirit to fill every aspect of your life to the fullest.

If believers set their spiritual minds in one accord, or in the wisdom of the Holy Spirit, nothing is impossible.

Genesis 11:4-6   And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth. And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded. And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.

God said the people are one, they are in one accord or in agreement. They have one language, now nothing can hold them back from what they have imagined to do.
In this verse Language is speaking words they were agreeing on building the tower.
These people had the kind of faith in themselves that they believed they could do this. However these people were not trusting God to help them build this tower.

Their faith and belief was in agreeing if it could be imagined they could do it. Their faith was in trusting the next step. Their words of faith made a reality.

How much more faith can believers have today in the confident assurance that what we hope for is going to happen.

The will of God is our foundation for faith. You must look beyond the natural realm of your mind, will and emotions to have the God kind of faith.

Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Your must get Gods word beyond your head and down in your heart for it to work.

Matthew 12:34   34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.

Jesus reminds us that what we say reveals what is in our heart. You will never be able to solve your heart problem by just cleaning up your speech.

We must allow the Holy Spirit to fill us with the spiritual way of speaking. As believers we are the righteous children of God. We need to use our words carefully. Words have power.

Believe in your heart that you are the righteousness of God and confess with your mouth, only then you will have the right to what you say.

The power is within us.
