BE AWARE OF THE DEVILS MISSION

BE AWARE OF THE DEVILS MISSION

John 10:10   10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
The thief’s (Satan) purpose is to kill steal and destroy… but my purpose is to give life in all its fullness.
Galatians  4:3-7   Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world:But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

Before Christ came we were slaves to the spiritual powers of this world. When the time was right God sent Jesus to the world.

God sent Jesus to purchase our freedom, so he could adopt us as his very own children.

Now that we are his children, God has sent the Holy Spirit into our spirit and sealed our spirit. Because of this we can now call on God the Father.

Since we are children of God everything He has is available to us.

Even though we are children of God we still have an adversary, and he has two missions.

First is to deceive you, so that you will doubt Gods word.

Second he comes to steal, kill and destroy the very thing that Jesus died for and paid the price for.

God didn’t just send Jesus to die on the cross for our sins; he also wanted to make available all that heaven has to offer.

John 3:16    16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

From Genesis to Revelation if there was no John 3:16 there would be no purpose for Gods message for mankind.

Isaiah 53:3   But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

He was wounded for our rebellious acts
He was bruised or crushed for our sins
He was punished so we could have peace
We receive healing from His wounds.

This is why God’s Son was sent.
The ultimate reason Jesus died on the cross was to give us freedom from Satan.

Many people are born again and spirit filled but they are not free. They are suffering from a lack of knowledge.
Hosea 4:6   My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

Strong words to let us know the importance of reading His word.

1 John 3:8     He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

Is Satan plotting against you? Yes
Is the devil designing a strategy to trap you? Yes
That is what Satan schemes and thinks about every day.
But praise God. We are protected by his mighty power and his guardian angels.
God will never leave you or forsake you.

BLESSED HOPE THROUGH UNCERTAIN TIMES

BLESSED HOPE THROUGH UNCERTAIN TIMES

Prophecy is much more than the events predicted in the book of revelation.

And it is not just for pastors and teachers.

These predictions were written to reveal something about God’s character and His faithfulness.

Ephesians 5:25-27   25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

God is speaking to us as Christians today, the Church.
The ultimate goal prophetically is that Christ Jesus present her (the church) to himself as a radiant church.

Radiant means, filled with light, pleasure and joy beaming with well being, that is being happy in the Lord.

A radiant church without stain, wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless.

By the grace of God the church which is now on earth in its imperfections, will soon be a church that is radiant in beauty and holiness.

There will be no stain…that is no defilement by sin.
There will be no wrinkle… no evidence of age and decay.
There will be no blemishes… natural disfiguration.

When the church is resurrected, or, translated, individual believers will have bodies that are without sin, and suited to serving our Holy God throughout eternity.

All of this work of sanctification comes because Christ died for the church and subsequent sanctification grows out of this basic fact of Christ giving himself up for the Church by his death on the cross.

Though a Christian’s position is a sanctified position… as a saint his spiritual state will ultimately be brought up to the same perfect level of his position, When the Christian stands complete in Gods presence, after the rapture of the church.

At that time we will be free from this fleshly body, and will no longer have a sin nature.

We will be delivered from the limitations, weakness, and mortality of this present life with its persecutions and difficulties.
We will be free to serve the Lord without hindrance throughout eternity to come.

Philippians 2: 5-11   Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.Jesus will obviously have a higher place than any other person who has a human body.Jesus will also experience universal worship. Every knee will bow to Him.

As Christians we are citizens of heaven. Our expectations are in the future with the ultimate goal that we will have a glorious body in heaven.

But our citizenship is in heaven and we are waiting on our savior to come for us. We want him to come so he can transform our bodies to be like his glorious body.

Even though we Christians are still on earth we are citizens of heaven and are governed by the unseen power of God working in our lives.

A Christian’s resurrected body will therefore be holy, as God is holy. Immortal as God is immortal, everlasting as God is everlasting.

Though the details of a Christians inheritance are not clear, we are promised future blessings and as a joint heir with Christ Jesus. We are looking forward to a glorious inheritance waiting for us in heaven.

The blessings we will receive as a Christian far exceeds our capability to understand or visualize now.

2 Corinthians 5:6-8   Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

What we call death or dying is only a temporary state of life. The body goes to sleep and the soul and spirit go to be with the Lord.

When the trumpet of God sounds the rapture will take place. Christians who have died will rise first, and then Christians that are still living will be translated into heavenly bodies suited for heaven.

We will all be caught up together to meet the Lord in the clouds. We will remain in heaven for seven years or until the second coming. At the second coming we will be with the Lord on the Earth for a thousand years. We will be his priest and priestesses.

THE FULLNESS OF TIME

THE FULLNESS OF TIME

Isaiah 42:9   Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.

God is saying, everything I prophesied has come true and now I will prophesy again.
I will tell you the future before it happens.

The way God did this throughout the Old Testament is through the prophets.

God does nothing in the earth unless he reveals it first. Isaiah spoke of the coming messiah, John the Baptist spoke of the coming of the Lord.

In the Old Testament the reason people of God were told to say it was so the people would know God did say it. God spoke through his prophets.

In the wilderness the people kept saying he brought us out here to die, Moses kept telling them, God brought them out so they could go into the Promised Land.

People haven’t changed very much, Malachi 3:8-10 says will a man rob God in tithes and offerings?

Malachi 3:9   Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.

Paying tithes is a personal duty toward praising God for the unmerited favor he has blessed us with.
Why would we as a child of God not want to please God?

He continues to say, not only you personally but the whole nation has robbed Him.

This is Gods system and His word is what makes all this work for us.

You have to put His word into the system; it won’t work unless you speak the word into action.

When God corrects you be corrected, don’t get your feelings hurt.

When you get corrected, you get protected.
When you get protected, you get perfected.
When you get perfected you get directed.
And it just keeps progressing…

Isaiah 42:9   Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.

God’s people are being robbed because no one is hearing what God wants to do.

God wants to bring restoration to us, but he says I can’t because my servants are spiritually blind and spiritually deaf.
They are not hearing what I say, and they’re not seeing what I want them to see. As a result the people will live less than their privilege, and not have what is available to them.

Even Jesus couldn’t come into this earth until God spoke it.
Isaiah saw it happen seven hundred years before it came to pass. David saw the coming of the Lord one thousand years before it happened.

John the Baptist spoke of the redeemer coming before he came. There was a fullness of time and God sent his Son just in time.

There’s a fullness of time in every promise of God, but somebody has to speak it.

2 Corinthians 4:13 says we are speaking spirits. God will bring to pass what we say, just like he brought to pass what Jesus said.

But first somebody has to speak it. Angels are ready and able to do what we speak at Gods bidding, but someone has to speak it.

Hebrews 1:13-14   13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
When we begin to do what God says, it gives the angels assigned to us a chance to got to work.
Isaiah 55:11 says they will do the work I sent them to do and they will complete the assignment I gave them.
When we decree and declare what Gods word declares, God says I am going to do something new and before it comes to pass I will tell you about it. Once you hear it declare it.
God says my word has an assignment on it, if I can just get somebody to speak it. Then the angels will complete that assignment I gave them.
All God is waiting for is someone to give voice to his word.
Why is it that we have a God big enough to create Heaven and Earth, and his children still live in poverty?
They haven’t declared the glory of the word in their lives.
Even if you don’t believe lets just act like the bible is true and declare his glory.
A person that lives consistently in Gods word never has to change their lifestyle.
Words of faith create reality; it is the evidence of things we can not see. You can not see the air you breathe you can’t see your brain but it is there.
We are not just a man or a woman, we are another speaking spirit. If you are not speaking it into existence you are not getting
As you pray and you believe, the spirit brings these things up and brings them out.
I really believe this is the year of visitations, demonstrations and manifestations.
It is the year of the greater glory, the year of the over comer.
First we must receive it by faith, even if our mind can’t comprehend it. Our natural mind doesn’t understand it, but our spirit by the Holy Spirit understands.
We must declare the glory of the Lord for our lives.

Why, because we are spirit and everything happens in the fullness of time.

Living a Humble Life

Living a Humble Life

2nd Chronicles 7:14   14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

First it says, if my people, who is the writer speaking of, what people?

Then it says who are called by my name. How do we know who are the ones called?

These particular people were the Jewish people. They were the ones God calls his own, the chosen ones.

According to Jewish tradition, the writer was Ezra, and he was writing to all of Israel.

This was written approximately four thirty BC. 2nd chronicles relates to the time of history of Judah’s corrupt and idolatrous kings.

Solomon was a wise king, who served God and built cities. Solomon prayed and asks God to make provisions for the people when they sinned.

God answered with four conditions for forgiveness. God said, 1. Humble yourselves by admitting your sins, 2. Pray to God asking him for forgiveness.

3. Seek God continually, 4. Turn away from sinful behavior.

True repentance is more than talk, it is changed behavior.

Whether we sin as individuals or as a group or as a nation, following these steps will lead to forgiveness
God will always answer our earnest prayers.

Today we have a new covenant called the covenant of grace through Christ Jesus.

We are called the redeemed children of God and heirs of God through the finished work at the cross.

We are to humble ourself to the one that became humble, Jesus Christ.
Being humble is to be submissive to the divine will of God.

God plainly set forth certain conditions for Solomon to meet if he wanted the kingdom to continue. If Solomon followed God, he and his descendants would prosper.

3 John 1:2   Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

If we will humble ourselves and be submissive to God and his divine word, we and our descendants will prosper and be in health.
God’s rules have never changed, it didn’t change for Solomon and the rules are not going to change for us.

James 4:10   10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

If we want God to lift us up we must humble ourselves and draw near to the things of God, and he will draw near to you.

God told Solomon if he didn’t follow these conditions that He had set before him, he and the nation of Israel would be destroyed.

In Duet. 27-28 these conditions were outlined before all the people of Israel.

Solomon eventually turned from God and as result his son and heir lost most of the kingdom.

Following God and humbling ourselves to Him brings benefits and rewards.

Turning away from God can bring suffering, punishment and ultimately destruction.

Today, Gods conditions are just as clear as they were in Solomon’s day.

But some how a lot of us including Believers seem to think they can live the way they want and God will overlook it.
It is really difficult for us to imagine that such a great and wise king that God had richly blessed could become corrupted by idols, symbols of power, prosperity and sexual perversion.

It is the same today; people are lured into some of the same evil traps.

When we allow any desire to rival Gods proper place in our heart we have taken the first step toward moral and spiritual decay.

Be humble in Gods grace, keep praying and reading his word. Trust in God.

Being good does not make you humble, being humble makes you good.

Only By The Blood

Only By The Blood

John 3:16   16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

The key words here are loved and world. He did not say, God so loved the planet earth.

Planet earth is not the world. Planet earth did not need a savior.

The world is the people, Gods creation. Jesus was sent to save the whole world, all the people.

Acts 10:34-35   34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:35 But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.

He does not judge by color or creed or what part of the world you live in, if you are rich or poor. We are all his creation, He loves us all, and He is all love.

And who so ever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life… whosoever. It doesn’t matter what you have done in your life. He will forgive every evil thing if you will believe in his Son.

John 3:17-18    17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Now saying all this, the question is why did Jesus need to come from his home in heaven to save us human beings?

Genesis 1:26   26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

The man’s name was Adam and his wife was Eve. They caused treason in the Garden of Eden by eating of the forbidden fruit.

This act caused Adam to loose dominion of the earth; he was stripped of all his authority. Because he listened to Satan he lost his dominion to Satan.

Matthew 4:8-9   Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.

This is evidence that Satan had dominion over everything on the Earth including man kind.

This is why we had to have a savior. He came to redeem us, to return dominion of the land to us, and provide a way to be in heaven with Him.

We had to be blood bought and redeemed. Jesus the son of God was the only one worthy of redeeming us by his sin free perfect blood.

Jesus the anointed one came down from heaven took on the form of a human and paid a price he never owed. We were doomed and owed a price we could not pay.

John 10:10   10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

I have come that you might have life and life more abundantly.

John 14:6   Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Romans 10:9   That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Mark 16:16   16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

If you have never been saved, or redeemed by accepting Jesus as your savior, then you are separated from God and there is no hope for you if you died today.

If you don’t have the blessed assurance that when you die, or Jesus comes to rapture us out that you will be in heaven, then  you’re not going to make it to Heaven.

It doesn’t make any difference if you believe it or not. It doesn’t change the facts, and it is a fact that you will spend eternity in one of the two places.

You will be in heaven with Jesus or in Hell with Satan. This is not a matter of chance; it is a matter of choice.
You need to make your choice today. Let the Lord do what he came to do, save you from sin and hell.
You can not be good enough in yourself to go to heaven or bad enough not to be forgiven.

God loves you so much that he gave his son so you would be saved.
