WHEN THE CROSSES ARE GONE

WHEN THE CROSSES ARE GONE

Phil. 3:18-19   18 (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ:

19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)

In these last days or better said; so close to the rapture days. The world situation is reaching the peak of evilness

People in the world having the mindset that if everyone is doing it then it must be ok… No conscious of sin or wrong doing, bombing churches, killing seems to be the thing to do.

There seems to be no right or wrong anymore. People are thinking only on this life on earth, their god is their appetite for shameful things, lust, money, sexual perversion…

Are we responding to the world situations or the inspired word of God? What will we do when the crosses are gone?

Several things need to take place before the end of days, which is after the rapture. But nothing needs to happen before the son of God takes us out of this world into His world. If you are not a believer and not serving God through his word, you are in trouble.

Mark 8: 36-38   36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?

37 Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

38 Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.

What would you give in exchange for your soul…? Your soul is made up of your mind, will and emotion.

What will it profit us if we gain all the things of the world and loose our eternity with Christ. Are we going to be ashamed to stand and look into the eyes of Jesus?

John 14: 6   Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

John 14:17   17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

The world cannot receive the truth, because the truth only comes through the wisdom of the Holy Spirit.

You will never know the truth if you haven’t made Jesus the Lord of your life and received the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the one who reveals truth to your spirit.

John 15: 18-19   18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.

19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

Christians are not of this world, we are here only to be a vessel that Christ can use to carry out what he finished at the cross. The world hated Christ without a cause and the world will hate you also.

Very soon as Christians keep following the religions of the world and not following the word of God, the point of no return will keep getting smaller and smaller.

John 1: 1-5   1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

The word of God overcame by the blood of the lamb, Jesus Christ. This is what the cross is about…

What will you do when the crosses are gone?

FREEDOM FROM A SIN CONCIOUS

FREEDOM FROM A SIN CONCIOUS

Hebrew 2: 14-15   14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

15 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.

When you know and understand what Jesus has done for you, then you are free from bondage. But to be free from bondage, you have to know the truth.

The danger of a sin conscious is that your faith won’t work. No matter what you are believing for, it won’t work.

The question is what did Jesus really do? Jesus left his home in heaven, then came to earth, took on a body of flesh and blood, so he could die. As a spirit he could not die, spirit doesn’t die.

So in order for him to die he had to take on something that could die a body of flesh and blood. Not only did he take on flesh and blood so he could die, he now has a body to give as a sin offering.

He was born to die… there had to be a death, there had to be a blood sacrifice. Everything Jesus suffered was supposed to be for us.

He took our suffering; our pain of death, the whipping, being beat, spit on, and even went to hell in our place.  Because he went to hell we don’t have to.

The sin debt had to be paid for, and Jesus was the only one that could pay that debt. Jesus set us free from shame, poverty and the bondage of fear of death. Satan does not have the power of death anymore

If you don’t absolutely understand what Jesus did on that cross and as soon as the sin conscious comes back you will be back to step one.

Hebrew 10: 26   26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

If you don’t know who this is written to you will miss the whole thing. How can we give a correct interpretation of this verse of scripture, and not know what the Jewish people went through.

We have been taught that if you willfully or deliberately sin there is no more sacrifice for sin.

What did that do to you when someone said that to you? It makes you feel condemned, hopeless and it makes you feel like I might miss heaven.

This letter was written to the Jewish Hebrew people. It was never meant for the believers of Jesus. Under the Mosaic Law if you sin willfully after Jesus has come and go back to the sacrificing of bulls and goats… there is no more sacrifice!

The Hebrews willfully sinning is the refection of Jesus Christ as the final sacrifice and going back to the temple sacrifice.

The only sacrifice for the remission of sin is the blood of Jesus Christ. And if you reject Him as the only sacrifice, there is none other sacrifice for sin.

This is and was always plan A. there is no plan B. When you go back under the Law, and try to make Gods word work in your life under your own efforts you will fail.

You will always have a sin conscious, wondering if I break the law will this or that happen. You will always be in bondage with a sin conscious.

That is why Jesus came to deliver us and make us right before God, so we could be righteous conscious.

That is why Jesus came to deliver us and make us right before God, so we could be righteous conscious.

Righteousness by the law says…do. Righteousness by faith says… done. It is not about what God is going to do… it is about what God has already done…

How Do I Know It Is The Voice of God

How do I know it is the Voice of God

Today we live in a natural world, in a natural flesh body. We also have a soul and spirit.

Because we live in a natural world, in the flesh, we have the tendency to lean toward our five physical senses.

What we see, hear, smell, touch and taste are the natural things we focus on most of the time. However this is the main reason Satan, the devil, can manipulate us. We are in his natural arena.

Now is the time to move ahead and focus on the spirit man, which is inside of you, and the spirits way of thinking.

Doing this will put you over into Gods arena, and there you will have Gods thoughts, the way that God wants you to go, and Gods protection.

Here is how you do that:

Keep Gods word in front of your eyes at all times. No matter what you think you see with your natural eyes, go to Gods word. See what he has to say about your situation.

The same thing goes with what you hear; sometimes what we think we hear might not be what was actually said.

There is a lot of difference between something truly stated and a statement of truth.

John 8:32 says… and you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. God’s word is the truth that sets you free.

Sometimes people doubt Gods word, they say if I can’t see it, hear it, smell it, taste it, or touch it probably isn’t there.

That kind of thinking will only lead into deception. You can’t fight spiritual war thinking in the natural realm, or in a carnal mind set.

Smell and taste have similar reactions, but on another level…there are a lot of times when God is speaking to us but we are not listening.

There are a lot of times that God hears our cry but we haven’t trained our spiritual ears to hear him speak.

Satan works in the natural, where as God works in the supernatural.

The reason we are not hearing the voice of God is we stay in the natural arena of thinking and Satan blocks us from hearing from the supernatural way that God speaks to us.

John 5:25 says… the hour is coming when even the dead in Christ will hear his voice and respond to it.

So if the dead can hear his voice and respond to it, surely we the living can train ourselves to recognize it…think about it, try it.

Open up your heart to God, talk to him, meditate on his word, you might be surprised how close God is to you in your life.

Read the word,

Brother Andy.

WHERE IS THE BATTLE

Where is the battle
Heb 12: 1-3 12 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.

Before you can enjoy the kind of victory that God has made available for you, you must first learn about the strategies the devil is using against you.

You must learn how he operates, so you can put a stop to his operations in your life. You must find out exactly where he is going to attack you.

We must lay aside and get rid of everything that slows us down… sin, wrong desires…We must look away from ourselves, or at the circumstances surrounding us, and keep or eyes upon Jesus.

If we start looking away, our eyes will be deceived; we must keep Jesus in our sight.

We are not the first to struggle with the problems we face, look at what the disciples faced.

Look at what Jesus faced, he saw the joy ahead of him, so he endured death on the cross and ignored the disgrace it brought Him.

Then he received the highest position in heaven, the one next to the throne of God the father.

Unless you become weary and faint in your minds, you too will have an eternal position with Christ.

As long as you live in a mortal body, your carnal natural mind is the place where your fight with Satan will be won or lost. Some people think Satan’s attacks come in the realm of the spirit, but they don’t.

Jesus defeated him where the spirit realm is concerned…once and for all. When we made Jesus the Lord of our life, that victory became forever ours. The battle for your spirit is over; it has already been fought and won.

As a believer you have been spiritually re-born into the image of God. There is absolutely nothing the devil can do to change that.

You must understand the difference between the soul and the spirit.

When you’re operating purely in the realm of the spirit, your mind, which is the realm of the soul is not in charge.

Even though Satan himself is a spirit, he has lost all his authority in the spiritual realm. He can not fight you in the spiritual realm anymore. But he can battle you in the mind.

1st Corinthian 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

When you are tempted, God will give you the ability to endure the temptation as your way of escape.

That means, satin has to operate in this natural soulish realm, and even in the natural realm he has no authority.

But he can deceive you, deception is all he has. That doesn’t mean that he will just pack up and go home. He is still going to try to steal, kill and destroy you and your relationship with Jesus. He is going to try to do it by gaining control of your mind.

If you’re going to take a successful stand against the devil, you will have to do it on the battlefield of your mind.

If we start looking away from Jesus, our eyes will be deceived; we must keep Jesus in our sight.

Fight the good fight,
Brother Andy
