Living the victorious life.
People want to believe if they had a lot of money that they would then be what they consider to be victorious.
1st Corr. 15: 57 says… But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. It does not mention money. It doesn’t say… money will bring you victory.
Read 1st John 5: 4... “Whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world, and this is the victory that overcometh the world even our faith.”
We must defeat the evil of this world by trusting Christ to give us the victory. You must stop focusing on a piece of paper with pictures of old men. (Money)
First of all victory is not what you have, but what you know. You can have a lot of money and be very sick with an incurable disease, that is not being victorious.
Read 1st Timothy 6: 10 it is saying, “the love of money is the root of all evil.” To have victory in your life, you must have the favor of God in your life.
To have His favor in your life you need to be operating with the word working in your life. To have the word working in your life, you must hear the word… to hear the word you must open your ears.
Mathew 11: 15 says… “he that hath ears to hear, let him hear”. To understand what you hear, you must believe and trust the one who inspired the Word. The word of God is based on biblical facts.
Knowledge is the accumulation of facts. Understanding is the arrangement of the facts. The Holy Spirit has the ability to place the facts in the right perspective for us.
It is the presence of the Lord in your life that makes you victorious, not money. If you want to see things happen in your life read Mathew 6: 33. “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.”
Read John 15: 7 “If you abide in me and My words abide in you, you shall ask what you will and it shall be done unto you.”
If God is with you and you will trust in Him, you will have his favor on your life. That will create a prosperous and victorious life, way beyond you have ever imagined.

The Center of Prosperity
Third John 1: 2 says; “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou May prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospers .” To be prosperous means to succeed, to be well off, to have favor before you.
Prosperity is more than money and things. Even so, being human these are nice to have. Even if you were wealthy and you become sick with a serious illness it would be hard to think of yourself as being prosperous.
So to be prosperous you need to have three areas working in your life.
1. Your health
2. Your soul
3. And the favor of God in your life.
The sum total of your prosperity is a measurement of the presence of God that is in your life. The presence of God will cause you to be successful. Gods favor on our lives will cause others to favor us.
The key to prosperity is to have a relationship with God through his Son Jesus Christ.
It may be a fact that you are not very well off financially, but God has a way of turning facts around.
By using other Christians, or just regular people, His angels, along with the Holy Spirit He has the ability to turn anything around to what He wills it to be.
Hebrews 11:6 says; “without faith it is impossible to please God.” To please God you must accept Jesus as Lord and Savior. Thus having Faith in the word and in God.
Why? Because at the cross Jesus finished everything that pertained to the human race and them having to make sacrifices and live under the law. He made it possible for everyone on the planet to have what the word promises. There are no other requirements to be blessed.
Stop trying to force God to move on your behalf with your works and performances. Your faith in what Jesus Christ has already done is what moves Gods blessings.
It is the finished work of Jesus, not what we can do as humans. Christianity was never meant to be riddled with a lot of requirements that we have to do to be blessed.
Jesus set us free from requirements and sacrifices. He nailed them to the cross. When you fall back into works and performances it is saying, what Jesus did at the cross was not good enough.
We are living under the period of grace. Grace is Gods unmerited favor on our lives.
Just trust in God and you will be surprised what He will and can do in your life.

Angels Unaware
As I look around our world today it is hard to recognize it as a safe place to live. I think we can all agree that we need the Lords continual protection: at home, on the job and on the road. For the believers, there are many scriptures promising God can and will protect us.
We can call on angels in the name of the Lord for protection with a simple prayer. The Lord is quick to send his angels to answer our pleas.
Angels are involved in our lives on a personal and practical level. How ever there are things that we do that can offend our angels and will hinder their protection of us.
Angelic messengers are special messengers from God, appointed by God himself. The most common angels are called ministering spirits.
They go forth according to the purposes of God to complete a specific work, task or assignment from the Lord.
Exodus 23:20-23 says… “Behold I send an angel before you to keep you in the way, and to bring you into the place which I have prepared. Be aware of him and obey his voice, do not provoke him for he will not pardon your transgressions, for my name is in him. But if you indeed obey his voice and do all that I speak, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries, for my angel will go before you.”
There is a special angel. Not a normal fighting angel. This angel was more than a regular angel, this very well could have been Jesus. Jesus seen in his pre-incarnate state as the angel of the Lord.
Negative words or wrong speaking can offend the angels. The angels of the Lord are commissioned to listen to and be obedient to the voice of His word. It is the word of God that moves the angels into action.
I believe that in the same way, man’s disobedience can cause them to with hold their protection.
Unbelief will offend the angels, when you speak unbelief, you are saying what God promised and Christ on the cross wasn’t enough.
Sin offends your angels, when we speak of sin, we think of sexual immorality, stealing, lying, murder and so on. But remember that complaining, criticizing or speaking negative things of the spirit of God is also a sin. Not giving God the glory can offend the angels of the Lord.
Each and every day we should praise God for the gift of the day, and thank him for just being our God. Taking the time to give Him all the glory.
Disobedience to the word can offend your angels. God does not work through disobedience. He works through our obedience to his word and through our faith. When we are sinning and disobedient our angels are silent. They turn their backs away from us with their arms folded and their heads bowed.
Here is what to do if you have sinned and offended your angels… confess your sin and repent. In repentance you turn away from sin and do your best to walk with the Lord daily.
Be quick to forgive others that have wronged you in some way, If you won’t forgive others it puts the Lord in the position of not being able to hear your prayers. We must forgive to get forgiveness.
In the midst of all the things that can go wrong in our daily lives we need our angels to protect us and our family. Which they will do. Call on them In Jesus name… pray, study the word, love God with your whole heart, this is the way to Gods protection.
Live close to the Lord in confidence in these perilous times. He will shower us with His love and protection. Life will be better and full of the joy of the Lord.

Putting on the Armor
Lets start our message by reading 2nd Tim 3:1-5.
It is saying… this know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
The word perilous means being exposed to dangerous days. I think we are in those days now. People are not serving God as they should, they are lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God.
Turning away from the power of God and serving the god of evilness is very dangerous. People are not considering the consequences of that choice.
We do have a loving God and we do have an evil fallen angel that thinks he is god. The problem is this want to be evil being is behind all the mean perilous things that is destroying peoples lives each and every day.
Praise God that we have the authority through what Jesus and Gods word has revealed to us. We have the whole armor of God.
Read, meditate and believe Eph 6:10-17. Apply it your lives, it is your life saver.
First of all you do have an enemy, his name is satin. He is a killer, liar. and deceiver. He simply wants to destroy your life. He really doesn’t want any of us to believe in Jesus.
1st Peter 5:8 says… he is an adversary, a devil seeking whom he may devour. John 10:10 says… he comes for to kill steal and destroy. But I like what the second half of John 10:10 says… I am come that you might have life and have it more abundantly.
The word of God in Eph 6:10-17 lets us know we have the favor of God and the enemy knows that, and he sure doesn’t want you to know it. It starts out telling us to be strong in the Lord and the power of His might. Not the power of your might.
While we are in the flesh with a carnal natural mind this battle we are in is not a physical war, it is spiritual. You can not win this spiritual war on your own. You need wisdom and heavenly power from God through his word and His Holy Spirit to win this battle.
We are fighting against the power of rulers of darkness in this world. The devil and all of his spiritual wickedness. So we as Christians must put on the whole armor of God to defend us in our daily walk. Especially in these perilous times.
Your armor is
1. The helmet of salvation to protect your soul, your way of thinking, your soul is made up of your mind, will and emotion.
2. The breastplate of righteousness it is about girding your self with the truth, it is knowing the truth that sets you free.
3. Shod your feet means prepare your feet with the wisdom of God so as you walk Gods Holy Spirit will direct you and be a light on your pathway.
4. The shield of faith, Hebrews 11:6 says… it is impossible to please God without faith. Faith is about knowing, and believing his word. So with faith you will be able to stop the fiery darts of the devil. The fiery darts are strategies and deceptions he uses to lead us away from our faith and trust in God.
5, The sword of the spirit, which is the true word of God that the Holy spirit puts in your heart to help you through every situation.
Stay close to God and have no fear for Heb. 13:5 says… I will never leave you or forsake you.
2nd Tim 1:7 says… for God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

Power in the Blood
Dear readers, I have been asked to comment in our studies on the importance of the blood of Jesus, what it means to mankind and the reason he shed his blood at the cross.
Let me start by saying this: I will never judge anyone as to whether our not they are a believer. My thoughts on this is to give you true bible facts and let you make a choice as to whether or not you want to apply the facts to your life.
I am accountable to God to tell you the facts as His Holy Spirit reveals them to me. If you are not a born again believer some of this study could possibly be uncomfortable. It is certainly not my intention to make you uncomfortable. It is only my intention to tell you the true word of God.
Every person since Adam and Eve sinned in the garden of Eden has been born a sinner in a sinful world. Even so God does not hold them accountable until they have reached the age of accountability, that is to know the difference between right and wrong. Most people reach that age around twelve years of age.
The reason God sent his Son Jesus to earth was to give us a way to have forgiveness of our sins so we could go to heaven. That was impossible under the covenant of Moses. It was impossible to keep all the laws they had been given under the Mosaic law. We had to have a Savior.
Why, you might ask. Because only the pure blood of Jesus could cleanse us of all our sins. His blood cleanses us of all sin, past, present and future.
When you accept Jesus as your savior His pure blood makes you pure enough for the Holy Spirit to come live within you.
Whether or not we admit it, we are all sinners and live in a body of flesh. The flesh is weak and we sin. This weakness in our flesh is why we need Jesus. It is the only way to gain redemption for our sins.
Colossians 1:14 says… in whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins.
Colossians 1:20 says…and having made peace through the blood of his cross, by Him to reconcile all things unto Himself.
God was pleased to have brought everything on earth and in heaven back to Himself through his son Jesus Christ. If you have not been born again by accepting Jesus as savior, you are separated from God. The blood of Jesus is the only way to God.
Jesus died on the cross so you could come into Gods presence without sin, fault or blame.
There is power in the blood, there is authority in the blood, there is healing in the blood, there is prosperity and the favor of God on your life in the blood of Jesus.
When you pray, plead the blood of Jesus on yourself and your loved ones. The devil can not cross that blood line. Each day and night I plead the Blood of Jesus on my head, heart, mind, body and spirit. When I lay down at night I plead Jesus’ blood on my dreams. There is much power in the Blood. Satan hates it when we plead the blood.
When He was on the cross paying the price for our sins, when the Roman soldier pierced his side and blood and water separated as it poured from his side it was saying separate yourselves from the things of the world and follow me.
Hebrews 10:19 says… there is holiness in the blood of Jesus. I pray that if you are born again you will take this information and continue in Gods Love. If you are not born again I pray you will think about this and make the choice to accept what Christ has made available for you.
Either way God will continue to love you as do I. You can’t be sinful enough for God to give up on you. He will always be waiting for you to come to him.

THE MORE I PRAY THE WORSE IT GE
Most preachers don’t seem to cover the area of prayer much.
I’ve often wondered why, because it is our way to communicate with God and let Him know the desires of our heart.
Hosea 4:6 says… My people are destroyed for the lack of knowledge, so if people don’t read the word, and the preacher doesn’t teach the word, then the people are going to have lack in their life.
I grew up in a small country Baptist Church and bless our pastors heart, I learned how to get saved every week for years… My point? Lack of knowledge
After I was a little older I started reading more and going to full gospel churches and received more wisdom and knowledge of how the word of God works.
When you pray, not only does the God of heaven hear your prayers, but the God of this world (called satan) also hears your prayers.
Satan will do his best to hinder every aspect of your prayer… if you allow it.
This is the time to first, pray to your heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus and tell him what you want, believe that you will receive what you prayed for. Then every day thank Him and be patient.
God has to work through other people a lot of the time, and sometimes it might take a while for your prayer to manifest.
So you ask, the more I pray seems like the worse it gets.
You just woke up the devil and he does not want your prayers to be answered. He will use every weapon in his arsenal to stop the promises and provisions that God has in store for you.
Satan knows that if you are a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, that God’s blessings, His ability and His favor is for every one of his children.
Satan just doesn’t want you to know it and if he can cause things to go wrong in your life he can get your mind off the manifestation of what you are believing for then he knows he has won.
That is why a lot of times it get’s worse. Instead of hanging in through the rough time in faith, we get over into the world mind set and loose hope
If satan can get you over into the area of hopelessness he will win every time.
Don’t do that, stand up and tell the devil what the word of God says: devil you have been defeated by the blood of Jesus and don’t have the right or authority over the things in my life. I am a child of God.
Be strong in the Lord and the power of His might.

IT’S TIME TO MAKE THE CHOICE
Read 2nd Tim 3:1-5 He is saying “ this also know in the last days perilous times shall come.
vs. 4 Don’t be High minded lovers of pleasure, more than lovers of God
vs. 5 Having a form of godliness, they will appear to have a godly life. Denying the power thereof, they will not let the power change them”
Only the power of God, through his Holy Spirit, by the blood of the Lamb Jesus Christ, will change a persons life.
The word of God is based on biblical facts. Knowledge is the accumulation of facts. Understanding is the arrangement of the facts.
The Holy Spirit gives us the ability to place biblical facts in the proper perspective.
Gods word is very powerful, we are not living on blind faith, but the foundation of truth. The truth is built on hope through faith, faith has a substance.
Heb. 11:1 says faith is the substance of things hoped for, evidence of things not seen. Believing by faith comes through your supernatural knowledge and wisdom by the Holy Spirit.
One of the reasons we have unbelief is lack of knowledge. If you don’t read the word, you will never have enough knowledge for the Holy Spirit to work with. Every thing from God works through faith and never through unbelief. Abraham didn’t have anymore faith than we do, he just didn’t have the unbelief we have.
Having a form of godliness is destroying America. This god less godliness can cause people to lose hope and confidence in our government, our churches and even in family.
People are hearing different teachings on how to get to heaven, and some even teach there is more than one way to heaven. Which is a false teaching.
America is crumbling from the inside out with corruption and disobedience
We as Christians must start preaching and teaching about the blood of Jesus, and what he did for us at the cross.
We must teach about the new covenant, we are no longer under the law of Moses, the old law. We are under the Blood bought grace of God.
Jesus lived a perfect life, and died a horrible death to pay the price of this new covenant.
Jesus was beat beyond recognition, He took those stripes for our healing.
He was bruised for our iniquities, he shed His blood was for the remission of all our sins; past, present and future.
The crown of thorns, this blood was to cleanse your thoughts of the soul.
When they nailed his hands, it was saying I will bless everything you touch.
When they drove the nails into his feet the blood was saying, I’ll bless every step you take, Just trust what I am doing.
When they pierced His side and the blood and water separated, it was saying separate yourselves from the ways of the world.
Up until the time of Jesus, all the priests were from the tribe of Levi. Jesus was from the tribe of Judah. They would not accept Jesus as a priest and would not believe he was the son of God. To them he was just a carpenters son.
It is time to make a choice, let the spirit of God direct your life and help you keep a word mindset. Or do you think it is better to have a world mindset?
Either way Jesus will still love you.
But can you afford to be wrong?
